Huai Rat District Hospital in Buriram Province needed to renovate the various signs throughout its premises in preparation for the Gold Medal Hospital quality assessment. Although the hospital has consistently provided efficient care to its patients, the existing signage had become dilapidated due to long-term and continuous use.

Rewat Printing visited the site to receive the brief from hospital staff, who guided our team on a walkthrough to survey the signs in various locations. Once again, the timeline for preparation—encompassing design, production, and installation—was extremely tight. With only one week, our challenge was to beautifully recreate everything from scratch.

After completing the inspection and taking precise measurements of every sign location, our design team took just one day to complete all the designs. These were then sent to the client for verification before moving forward to the production phase.

The limited production window of just a few days, coupled with the wide variety of materials required—including Plastwood, acrylic sheets, stickers, vinyl banners, steelwork, woodwork, and welding—presented yet another challenge for our team. Three days flew by, resulting in the successful completion of all fabrication work.

We were left with three days to install everything amidst the constant flow of patients and their relatives in and out of the area—a truly nerve-wracking situation. We knew exactly what was at stake if we failed to deliver on time. The client’s high expectations served as an additional driving force, pushing us to make every single second count. Piece by piece, step by step, working continuously and swiftly, we managed to hand over the completed project a full day ahead of the deadline.

We hope that our work will contribute to Huai Rat Hospital successfully passing its quality assessment and achieving its intended goals.
